The seat of arbitration shall be Shenzhen, China. The language of the proceedings shall be Simplified Chinese. The governing law of these Legal Terms shall be the substantive law of China. Nothing in this section prevents a party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
Arbitration shall be limited to the Dispute between the parties individually. To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) no arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding; (b) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis; and (c) no Dispute may be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of others.
The Services may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
